Debris from outer space crashes into Jinbocho, leaving the town in utter ruin. Hanazono Yurine sits atop the crumbled buildings as the land's new dictator. In the nearby town of Takamori, Jashin-chan hatches a plan. She rounds up a group of devils and angels to overthrow the tyrant once and for all.
