A psycho doctor kills people and eats their brains. Mrs Usha Mehta calls police, saying something is wrong with her neighbour, Dr B.N. Paranjpe, and a strange smell comes from his flat. Police find a dead body there and think it is Dr Paranjpe, but a man then arrives claiming to be Dr Paranjpe. Is he the killer?
