Poirot's attention is drawn to Henry Reedburn, a studio owner, when the former goes to watch a film shooting. Poirot later gets hired by someone to solve a mystery involving Henry. Clearly this person detests Henry. How will Poirot approach the case?

Not everything is right at the studio where Poirot goes to see a film shooting, to cheer his director friend, Bunny. The owner of the studio, Henry Reedburn, seems to be extremely ill-mannered and obnoxious in his dealings with the cast and crew of the film. He insults all and sundry. This behaviour of his does not seem to go down well with a lot of people. Unknowingly, he ends up developing enemies and very soon gets into a disaster. However, Poirot gets hired to prove innocent a prime suspect. Is the suspect really innocent?
