Yuuichi Medaka dreads the new school year, when he finds out that the most disliked ominous student, Akira Nikaidou, is assigned a seat behind him. To his luck, Yuuichi not only must sit near him, the teacher then pairs him up with Nikaidou to clean the boy's bathroom.
