A blind man is on a killing spree. He is out on a crusade to punish ungrateful adults who have cheated and abandoned their old parents. The mysterious man is using a strange poison to give them a painful death through things of daily use. CID gets on the case and they try to track this vengeful blind man and his personal connection to elderly people.
