A truck explodes with a dangerous nuclear chemical and the cops find a body inside. After investigation they find out that the chemical was stolen 2 years back from a nuclear facility but the man who stole it is dead. He has been dead for six months. And the chemical found is only a tiny percent of what was stolen. They have to find the answers before this chemical destroys the entire city.
