Target: CID - Part 2

A mysterious gas is released from a package into CID headquarters, temporarily blinding all the officers. However, it isn't all doom and gloom, as a forensic investigation of Abhijeet's squad car reveals that somebody cut its brakes, confirming the officers' suspicions.
