A houseworker is shot trying to prevent a necklace worth 50 lakh rupees from being stolen from a couple's home. A man is caught trying to flee the scene, but with no forensic evidence on the scene of the crime, there is no way to prove his guilt. Will CID solve this case?

While patrolling the streets, CID officers encounter one man chasing another. The first man claims he was doing so because he heard a gunshot and then saw the other man running away from the scene. Upon investigation, CID finds that a houseworker has been shot trying to prevent a necklace worth 50 lakh rupees from being stolen from a couple's home. The man trying to flee the scene is held in custody as a suspect, but with no forensic evidence being left on the scene, there is no way to prove his guilt. Will CID be able to solve this case?
