A group of youngsters are loitering on a seashore. They find a bottle with a blood-stained note inside2. The incomplete note forces the youngsters to call CID cops immediately. For the cops, it's a rather twisted case as all they have is a blood-stained note from the sea. Now, the cops have to use the note and the bottle ( now broken ) to find a victim, a killer and reconstruct a case out of almost nothing in hand.
