Bhanwari Devi allegedly sought money from Maderna in exchange for a compromising video, and was said to have shot an MMS with him on Indira Bishnoi's directions. Maderna was dismissed on October 26. Later, Rehana released an audio clip from Jodhpur Central jail in which Shahabuddin said Bhanvari was abducted by Pradeep Godara and that he was falsely charged.
