This episode begins a two-part investigation into the murder of head nurse Meenu Jha and ward boy Somesh Shukla at Saklani hospital in Uttarakhand. Their beheaded bodies were found two days after they left on long leave, and doctor Dr. Pankaj Chopra from the same hospital was also missing.
