This episode is the first of two-episode investigation of a serial killing (believed to be the handy work of a psychopath) in Mumbai and some other towns of Maharashtra. The investigating police know that arresting such a criminal is a tough task, as zeroing in on his whereabouts is difficult as such people keep on wandering from places to places, and attack their victims randomly.
