The Electric Killer

Dolly and Ajit, apparently a couple, are at a bungalow in Madh Island, when she gets raped and then killed by electrocution. While the crime is being committed, Ajit is locked up in a room. The rapist-killer seems to be a policeman and a striking red helmet is his identification point. But is that his real identity?
