E19. Anarchy

Mikado, Masaomi and Anri continue their peaceful everyday life. But Anri realizes that something is wrong with Masaomi, and tries to find out what. At the same time, a gang war starts to break out between the Yellow Scarves and Dollars over the identity of the Slasher. The standoff grows as Mikado's desire to stop it is ignored.
