Chappu Chaturvedi arrives at the station with Gappu Goswami to register a FIR. Gappu needs a passport for a job abroad, but they cannot get his photo because Asha, owner of Asha Studios, has withheld it despite five visits. Asha and a passport office clerk are then summoned to the police station.
