A poor villager dies due to lightening and there is gloom everywhere. Gopal Bhar goes to Yamalok to argue with the God of death. He points out some irregularities in his book of account and threatens to expose him. Yama finally surrenders to Gopal's wit and gives in to his wish of reviving the dead men of the village.
