The Kumar's have an inter-family basketball match. Everyone except Pappu Maharaj scores a basket. Disheartened, Pappu drinks a tonic to help him grow tall. The next day, Balu's family is surprised when they find that Pappu has grown into a giant. However, Pappu misses his old self and Smita finds a way to help him. She then makes a tonic which would make him small again. In an interesting turn of events, Balu unknowingly drinks the mixture.
