Kulkarni summons Santa and Banta to tell them to get ready for helping him with a new business. Meanwhile, Sudha struggles to understand right from wrong and decides to meet Sai.

Keshav lets Sai know that Banta has gotten married to Sudha. Kulkarni contemplates whether he should take up an illegal business opportunity.

Mangesh puts up an act to break his fast and get his mother to feed him. Sai confronts Banta about his latest escapades. Will Sai help them to walk on the right path?

Banta brings Sudha and her family to Amar Anand Guru, who tells Sudha that the next two days are auspicious for her wedding. Mangesh, who does not believe in Sai's miracles, reluctantly brings her mother to him for treatment.

Banta hires an actor to pose as Kulkarni in front of Sudha and her mother. Later, Banta devises a plan to earn Sudha's trust.
