Kotoko is happy to hear that Naoki does "not-not like" her, but soon after he said that, Naoki moves out to live on his own. Feeling down, Kotoko goes to Naoki's place of employment, but is given the cold shoulder. Naoki is extremely secretive about his new residence, so Kotoko decides to pursue him to see where he lives. But Kotoko witnesses him going into the Matsumoto residence, and is devastated that the two of them are now living together. Naoki senses that something is not quite right with Kotoko ...
