Babita takes responsibilities of her new job, but none of the workers show eagerness to work. Mini is worried that Babita's innocence will be exploited by the employees. Undeterred, Babita decides to plan a schedule, which the workers have to meet. But, things don't turn out as expected and the workers are not ready to work.
