Bajirao Becomes The New Peshwa

Pant questions why Bajirao has appeared at the Chhatrapati Shahus court under influence alcohol. Chimaji Appa defends Bajirao saying that he was intoxicated by someone last night. Later, the kids who were saved by Bajirao appears in court to clarify to Chhatrapati Shahu that Bajirao was late for the competition because he went to save them. Chhatrapati Shahu reveals that the task to save the kids, after putting aside ones own ambitions, was the real test, and Bajirao has passed that with flying colours. He announces Bajirao as the next Peshwa as a result.
