Everybody is busy cleaning their houses for the cleanliness competition. Pooja is searching for a house. The judge of the competition arrives, but Bakulesh mistakes him for a thief and doesn't let him inspect the society. Everyone thinks that Pooja is the judge and they show their respective houses to her.
