Vibhishan cautions Ravan against going to war with Shri Ram. Meanwhile, the Vanar army feels demotivated when they are unable to find a freshwater source.
Vibhishan and a few others ask to join Shri Ram and offer to help him defeat Ravan. No one is willing to believe Vibhishan's change of heart, but Lord Hanuman vouches for him.

Meghanada sends his loyal soldier, Singhnand, to attack Shri Ram and stop the bridge from being built. Meanwhile, Lakshman is worried about the time it will take for the bridge to be built.
Lord Hanuman brings a mountain to help in building the bridge. After Singhnand's failure, Meghanada sends Prabhanjani to attack Shri Ram.
Lord Hanuman goes to the Himalayas to retrieve the Shivling. Later, Shri Ram establishes the Shivling on the coast and names the place as 'Rameswaram'.
Shri Ram and the Vanar Sena make their way across the ocean on the bridge. Meanwhile, Ravan captures King Janak and brings him in front of Mata Sita.
Shri Ram and his Vanar army reach the shores of Lanka. Meanwhile, Ravan tries to deceive Mata Sita and claims to have defeated Shri Ram.
