Karn was bounded by the promises which he has made to his mother. Karn has kept his promise by not touching his bow and arrow. However, Radha has now realized that she was wrong and she shouldn't have asked that. She has now started feeling guilty about it. Hence, she decided to free Karn from all promises and boundaries.
