So, after George checks himself out, Morgan worries they've unwittingly put a child molester back on the street, while Claire says there's no evidence he's committed a crime. Meanwhile, as Shaun forces Glassman to surrender his drivers license while he's undergoing chemotherapy, Aoki presses Andrews to choose his successor as Chief of Surgery. When Billy Cayman arrives at St. Bonaventure's with head injuries, Park and Shaun doubt his claim that he fell and suspect he was beaten up at juvenile hall instead. While Park suggests that repairing an old injury to his forehead could help him avoid more bullying, Shaun says the procedure is purely cosmetic and shouldn't be approved. After Lim agrees that its expensive, risky, and unnecessary, a CT scan discovers that he has a lacerated diaphragm. So when Billy takes a turn for the worse during surgery, Lim saves his life while also using a breast implant to fix his forehead. As the staff bets on whether Melendez or Lim will succeed Andrews, George is readmitted after attempting to castrate himself. While Morgan wants to finish the job in order to take a potential paedophile out of circulation, Melendez agrees when Claire recommends he enter a treatment program instead.
