Joel and Nish travel to Tokyo to meet Japan's professional sumo wrestlers. They are given exclusive access to a stable - the house where the fighters all live and train together before a big tournament. The boys then head to the remote Oki Islands where legend has it sumo was born and where the islanders learn sumo from childhood. Here, Joel and Nish sign up to a tournament against some of the island's toughest wrestlers.
