Once Sudama's tale is finished Guhaaraj begins the narration of his story of the woodcutter's birth. The woodcutter is destitute, but even then he never breaks his rule of not cutting any live tree. Due to which, he doesn't get wood often. Then, he sees Satyanarayan vrath katha in progression in Shatanand's home. Inspired by it, he also takes the oath of having Satyanarayan katha. Will this oath change the woodcutter's life forever? Is this the end of his plight?
