Naomi Osaka put in an outstanding performance as she defeated Garbine Muguruza to progress to the quarter-finals of the 2021 Australian Open. After losing the first set, the Japanese came back stronger to win the final two sets with her performance in the final set showing just how good she really is. Osaka was down 3-5 in the final set and Muguruza had match point, but she managed to battle her way through to ultimately win this match with the final score reading 4-6, 6-4, 7-5.
