The kings and queens of real estate go all out, getting increasingly pushy to seal the deal as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, a Vastu consultant arrives to inspect the property. What will her final verdict be?

Ankush is eager to connect with Mamtu for a potential deal and has a word with her at the party. Shortly after, Hem gives Mamtu a walkthrough of the Neo Classical Penthouse in Vasant Vihar. Following the visit, Mamtu expresses concerns about the property's appreciation value and how it would benefit her investors over time.

While Uorfi Javed asks Hem for a walk-through of the 3 Identical Villas, Inddu receives news that her deal for the Skyview Villa has fallen through. Later, Hem brings Mamtu Mirchandani, a real estate agent from Dubai, to Kajal's surprise birthday party.

Meanwhile, Ankush brings his client for a walk-through at the Duplex with Terrace, after which, things heat up during the negotiations with Aashima and Kajal.
